Man they build houses fast down there. Looks like it's going to be beautiful! Oh, and me being the Northerner that I am and knowing absolutely nothing about LA, I look @ the picture of the water in the background and envision a big ole crocodile crawling out and coming over for a visit. I hope there are no crocodiles in there ;(
